Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Camden, AR to manage on-site security operations, staff scheduling, and training to ensure contract compliance and high-quality service. You will coordinate payroll, incident reports, and post orders while guiding personnel actions and client communications.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory security experience; state training/licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed) and able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance during shifts.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and cost reduction.
• Respond to client requests and communicate with subordinates.
