Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods, walk long distances, conduct foot patrols, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Driver certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel across client posts; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; file reports.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document actions and remedies; escalate as needed.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission; manage post coverage.
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate coverage and posts are staffed.
• Prepare and file various required reports; inspect posts and outline tasks.
