Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Agile Scrum Master in Jersey City, NJ, on-site. You will partner with Product Owners, technology leads, developers, and QA to drive successful delivery of business and technology solutions.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, manage risks, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and technology operating models, supporting both BAU and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IT/Business Admin or related field.
• Proven experience as Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coaching for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Developers, QA, and Analysts.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across the SDLC and ensure alignment with governance.
