Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist for a Waynesville, MO school-based position. You will deliver therapy, perform evaluations, and help develop IEPs in collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families.

The role offers guaranteed hours, district and TheraPeds support, and a compensation package with benefits such as health, dental, vision, and a 401K plan. This is a W-2 school-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• DOE licensure as a SLP and ASHA CCC preferred where available.
• CF-SLP placement may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to K-5 students in a school setting.
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents.
• Manage case loads and ensure documentation and planning time.
