Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, short-term, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Parker, CO. This role serves K–8 and involves direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP development with collaboration among interdisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, ASHA certification, and school experience. The role offers guaranteed hours and a competitive hourly rate with benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Department of Education licensure as an SLP.
• National license: ASHA.
• Licensing with the State Department of Education where required.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• CF-SLP placement may be available.
• Experience working with children.
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in use of technology.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy, consultations, evaluations, case management.
• Develop IEP plans and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including teachers and parents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
