Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Conifer, Colorado for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site opportunity offers guaranteed hours, a manageable caseload, and collaboration with district staff.

You'll provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, develop and monitor individualized IEP goals, and work with teachers, families, and administrators to support students' communication needs.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology and licensure as an SLP in Colorado.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP candidates considered with supervision.
• Experience with school-based practice and collaboration with educators.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Conduct evaluations and establish, monitor, and adjust IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support communication needs.
