Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Denver, CO. The position is on-site, 30 hours per week, four days, with a short-term contract from September 2026 through December 2027 and guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, assessments, IEP development, progress evaluation, and collaboration with district teams. Requires SLP credentials and ASHA/National licensing, with a competitive $60–$70+ per hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State License as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Department of Education Licensure as a SLP.
• National License: ASHA.
• Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• CF-SLP placement may be available.
• Experience working with children.
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in use of technology.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Providing therapy services to students.
• Conducting assessments.
• Developing IEP plans.
• Evaluating progress.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents).
• Documentation and planning time included within guaranteed hours.
