Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy in K-12 settings in Plumas Lake, CA. You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver direct therapy to help students access education.

Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes. Position includes mentorship, competitive benefits, and a supportive environment for new grads.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check. Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct formalized and dynamic assessments and manage reviews.
• Treatment Planning: develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Consultation & Instruction: collaborate with families to generalize skills and supervise SLPA as needed.
• Data Collection & Documentation: maintain therapy notes and progress data accurately.
• Time Off Management: coordinate time off during school breaks with minimal disruption.
