Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check; must be eligible to work in the US.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct formalized and dynamic assessments; manage annual and triennial reviews; develop IEPs and participate in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Treatment Planning: develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Consultation & Instruction: consult with families to maximize generalization of target skills; may supervise SLPA and monitor hours.
• Data Collection & Documentation: maintain records of student progress and therapy notes; use data for monitoring and reporting.
• Time Off Management: coordinate time off during school breaks with supervisor approvals.
