Point Quest, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide K-12 therapy in a school setting in Sonoma, CA. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, and direct therapy, with collaboration across teams to maximize student outcomes.

Eligible candidates include CFs and retirees; the organization offers mentorship, bonuses up to $10k, and a 12-month steady paycheck model with 10 months of work per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check. Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct formal assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning; manage reviews.
• Treatment Planning: develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Consultation & Instruction: work with families to maximize generalization of target skills and supervise SLPA as needed.
• Data Collection & Documentation: maintain progress records and use data for monitoring.
• Time Off Management for Full-Time School Employees: plan time off during school breaks with supervisor approval.
