Job summary

Point Quest, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our school-based program in Lucerne Valley, CA.

In this full-time role you will provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to improve communication and educational access. You will collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams, participate in IEPs, and benefit from a 12-month paycheck model with summer breaks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or Communications Sciences and Disorders).
• DOJ/FBI Livescan background check and eligibility to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct formalized assessments and determine educational eligibility.
• Treatment Planning: develop coordinated treatment plans with the team.
• Consultation & Instruction: work with families and team to generalize skills.
• Data Collection & Documentation: maintain progress notes and assessment data.
• Time Off Management: plan time off during school breaks with supervisor approval.
