Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator for our Hedrick, Iowa production site. You will support daily inventory activities, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate with sales and scheduling teams to ensure accurate materials and direct materials usage.

The role requires hands-on inventory tasks, routine cycle counts, and the ability to work overtime during seasonal peaks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP/R3 is preferred, with strong attention to detail and teamwork a

Qualifications

• Two years shipping, transportation, or inventory management experience in production/agriculture environment.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning company apps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies with production and management.
• Coordinate with sales support, schedulers, and vendors using company systems.
• Run monthly/weekly inventory reports to ensure location accuracy.
