Vylor is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to support the Corteva facility with inventory accuracy, reporting, and collaboration across production, sales support, and vendors. You will lead cycle counts and audits, while contributing to process improvements and daily operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2+ years in shipping/logistics within agriculture or plant operations, plus SAP/R3 and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work overtime as

Qualifications

• Two years shipping, transportation, inventory management, or logistics experience in production agriculture or plant operations.
• Willing to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions indoors/outdoors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn company-specific apps.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work overtime during seasonal peaks and different shifts.

Responsabilités

• Support daily logistical needs by maintaining inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate with sales support, inter-company schedulers, and vendors using systems.
• Run inventory reports daily/weekly/monthly to ensure location accuracy.
• Lead monthly cycle counts, annual inventory reconciliation, and audits.
• Participate in process improvement projects and implement best practices.
• Assist production location with warehouse work as needed.
