Job summary

Haskell is hiring a Scheduling Specialist in Salt Lake City, on-site, to support Lead/Senior Scheduler with project planning and updates. You will work with multi-market teams, review subcontractor plans, and help maintain accurate master schedules for construction activities.

Required CPM/Primavera P6 knowledge, a relevant degree, and 2 years scheduling experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills to drive timely project progress.

Qualifications

• CPM and Primavera P6 proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Experience in a commercial contracting environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand contract specs.
• Solid analytic ability with project scheduling and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead/Senior Scheduler on regular site walk-throughs to verify progress.
• Facilitate schedule update meetings to resolve issues and sequencing conflicts.
• Review subcontractor schedules for master schedule integration.
• Track subcontractor time frames per contract durations.
• Identify trends and communicate with the project team.
• Generate look-ahead schedules for the project team.
• Follow monthly reporting requirements and schedule narratives.
• Apply definitions of substantial/final completion and weather contingencies.
• Develop delay fragments and communicate net effects.
• Time Impact Analysis reporting and multi-project scheduling management.
• Understand construction sequencing for different markets.
• Maintain schedule data integrity and produce tailored reports.
• Support project teams, subcontract partners, and leadership with scheduling info.
• Participate in client-facing meetings and risk management discussions.
• Learn resource and cost loading as necessary.
