Job summary

Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Scheduler with advanced Primavera P6 skills and strong field experience. This role leads scheduling efforts across multiple projects, provides training, and ensures schedules are accurate, integrated, and profitable.

The candidate will develop CPM and baseline schedules, perform critical path analyses, and coordinate with project teams to keep projects on track and within contractual requirements. 

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Primavera P6 including cost and resource loading.
• Water/Wastewater treatment plant experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating, updating, and implementing project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support for Crossland's scheduling efforts.
• Perform schedule reviews to ensure procedures and guidelines are followed.
• Participate in all phases of construction planning and scheduling, including CPM and baseline schedules.
• Ensure project schedules adhere to contractual requirements and baseline weekly snapshots.
• Communicate schedule status and risks to project teams and management.
