The role emphasizes coordinating sample requests with Sales, Planning, Production, Purchasing, and QC, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with customer-specific protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and deviations from specifications.
• Knowledge of quality inspection methods, manufacturing processes, and SOPs.
• Proficient in documenting defects, quality logs, and inspection records accurately and timely.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Train QC team members and temporary staff on inspection procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily workflow in the QC area to ensure inspections are accurate and timely.
• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods for defects and compliance.
• Track defects, rework, and inspection results in WMS, Excel logs, and other records.
• Route products for rework and document disposition; perform final quality checks.
