Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Lexington, MA is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage non-GMP sample shipments within the client network and external partner sites, ensuring timely and compliant delivery to support analytical development.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong organizational and communication skills, collaboration with analytical development leads and lab staff, and diligent record-keeping of inventory and shipments.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 months of experience coordinating shipments or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Effective cross-functional communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory/tracking systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Primary on-site coordinator for non-GMP sample management and shipments in Lexington.
• Coordinate shipment of samples within client network and to external partners.
• Oversee end-to-end shipment process and documentation.
• Ensure shipments meet transportation requirements and procedures.
• Collaborate with AD leads and lab staff to prioritize requests.
• Monitor shipment status and address issues to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and tracking records.
• Communicate schedules and status updates to stakeholders.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and operational procedures; stay organized.
• Support process improvements in sample management and shipment workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
