Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required.
• At least 2 years of construction safety experience.
• Experience on healthcare or government projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards.
• Excellent people and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Spend most time on site identifying hazards and implementing fixes.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety trainings for field crews and subcontractors.
• Run site safety audits and assign corrective actions.
• Review JHAs daily and update controls as conditions change.
• Coordinate with third-party safety firms on site.
• Investigate injuries and incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Support Safety Manager with reporting and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
