Responsibilities include back-up coverage for leads, running reports, and operating various equipment after safety training. The role demands flexibility, accuracy, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires expanded computer skills beyond basic Office products.
• Must have strong training, communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to work safely with equipment and follow instructions in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Cross trained and working at or above standard in at least 3 different job functions.
• Demonstrated experience and willingness to work in any department with little or short notice.
• Trains others on a variety of warehouse functions.
• Processes, generates and interprets documents requiring operational knowledge beyond basic functions.
• Perform back up responsibilities for department Team Lead and/or Supervisor.
• Assist with generating and summarizing warehouse data including running reports and making recommendations.
• Operate and/or train on equipment requiring advanced system knowledge; participate in special projects.
