Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to retail stores.
• Maintain and update facilities information across technology platforms.
• Coordinate landlord items (leaks, HVAC, notices/fines) and ensure follow-through.
• Collaborate with construction to address warranty issues.
• Set up new vendors and manage opening/closing store services and schedules.
• Monitor department email and phone.
• Run reports, create check requests and purchase orders.
• Set up new vendors in platforms and AP systems.
