Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and negotiation for real estate transactions, leases, corporate spaces, and warehouses.
• Oversee procurement for construction and maintenance contracts across markets.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with expansion goals and budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor critical dates, renewals, and terminations for lease administration and construction projects.
• Prepare procurement reports and metrics for senior leadership.
