Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC seeks a Coordinator, Retail & Brand Activation to support Retail Marketing, Brand Activation, and Events across the business. This on-site Buffalo role partners with Wholesale accounts to drive campaigns, asset creation, and retail execution.

You will manage budgets, assist cross-functional teams, and help bring brand campaigns to life at retail, with a focus on sell-through and KPI analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in marketing or office environment.
• 1–3 years of office/marketing experience required; professional marketing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic Adobe tools is expected.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Retail Marketing initiatives, including campaigns at retail and activations at key accounts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics to complete purchase requests and orders.
• Support asset creation, print production, shipment, and implementation for brand campaigns at retail.
• Track department budgets and project expenses across initiatives.
• Assist US Sales with fixture program and retail sell-through efforts.
• Input orders, maintain inventory, and track budget for stock fixtures.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Creative Services, and Product Development to align brand vision.
• Analyze ROI and KPIs for projects and programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and perform other duties as assigned.
