Job summary

New Era Cap LLC in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Coordinator, Retail & Brand Activation to support the Retail Marketing, Brand Activation and Events teams. This role is 100% on-site in Buffalo and focuses on coordinating retail campaigns with key accounts, asset creation, and cross-functional collaboration to bring campaigns to life at retail.

The position requires 1–3 years of office/marketing experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong project management and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional experience considered.
• 1–3 years of office/marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination for Retail Marketing initiatives across the business, including campaign execution at retail and events at key accounts
• Coordinate with Legal, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics and other departments to ensure procedures are completed
• Support brand campaigns to life at retail, including asset creation, print production, shipment, and implementation
• Track and manage department budgets and ROI metrics
• Support US Sales in fixture program and sell-through growth at retail
• Handle order input, inventory maintenance, and budget tracking for POP fixtures
