The role combines field leadership with administrative oversight, including reviewing financials, ensuring compliance, coordinating maintenance, and mentoring on-site teams. Regular travel between properties is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to review and interpret basic financial reports and operating data.
• Clear, direct communication style and ability to enforce standards.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel regionally.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of properties (approximately 300–400 units).
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and renewals to minimize vacancy.
• Review property financials (rent rolls, expenses, income) to spot issues and opportunities.
• Ensure rent collection processes are consistent and delinquencies addressed.
• Maintain property standards including safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and condition.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for cost-effective work and unit turns.
• Ensure leases and notices are accurate and regulatory compliant.
• Lead, coach, and support on-site teams including hiring and performance management.
