Job summary

Agency for Persons with Disabilities is seeking a Residential Licensing Specialist to review licensing applications and process them within required timeframes. You will issue licenses or deny applications per guidelines and complete essential checks during site visits.

The role requires travel to community locations, completion of background screenings, and coordination with APD systems and processes. This is a non-telework, on-site OPS position with benefits and a competitive state

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience with monitoring or conducting quality assurance activities.
• Valid Driver’s License or other transportation to travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Review residential licensing applications and process within required timeframes.
• Issue licenses or deny applications per guidelines.
• Complete CAHRS forms and verify background checks during site visits.
