Brookfield Residential in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to assist the Superintendent in planning and coordinating construction procedures, schedules, and materials. You will conduct regular inspections to verify alignment with project specs and Brookfield Residential Quality Standards.

You will manage subcontractors to deliver high‑quality homes on time and within budget, communicate with customers, ensure compliance with regulations, complete punch lists, and drive

Qualifications

Experience as Assistant Superintendent on residential or commercial construction.
Proficient with Build Pro, Word, and Excel.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Safely construct homes on schedule and within budget.
Manage subcontractors to meet contractual requirements.
Maintain positive customer relationships through timely execution.
Ensure compliance with regulations and Brookfield standards.
Complete punch lists and support the construction schedule.
Conduct homeowner walks and obtain sign-off within one week.
