You will manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, keep customers informed, and help deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Superintendent in commercial, residential, or industrial construction.
• Familiar with Build Pro, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely construct homes on schedule and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Motivate subcontractors and suppliers to meet quality and performance goals.
• Interact with customers to ensure homes meet or exceed expectations.
• Ensure compliance with governing regulations related to land development and residential construction.
• Complete quality control punch lists and adhere to the construction schedule.
