The role requires prior experience as an Assistant Superintendent in construction, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent on commercial, residential, or industrial building construction.
• Proficiency with Build Pro, Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely construct homes on schedule and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors to meet quality and contractual requirements.
• Motivate subcontractors and suppliers to meet company objectives.
• Interact with customers to ensure homes meet or exceed expectations.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations related to land development and residential construction.
• Follow quality control inspection procedures and punch lists.
• Support adherence to construction schedules and complete homeowner walk-throughs within one week.
