Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. The role involves reviewing drawings, coordinating with purchasing and operations, and driving accurate project documentation from permit to close-out.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction or pre-construction.
• Experience reviewing electrical drawings and project documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction activities from setup to close-out.
• Configure job sites and ensure accurate data entry.
• Verify builder plans, drawings, specs, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with purchasing to select equipment and materials.
• Monitor material requirements for timely purchasing.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status to leadership.
