We are seeking a dependable, hands-on on-site apartment/resident manager to help maintain and oversee a multifamily residential property. The ideal candidate is handy, proactive, organized, and willing to assist with cleaning and general upkeep as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic repairs and routine maintenance.

Clean common areas, hallways,and other shared spaces as needed.

Keep the property grounds and common areas clean and presentable.

Assist with vacant unit preparation and move-in/move-out inspections.

Requirements:

Previous property management, maintenance, or building operations experience preferred.
