First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) is seeking a Property Manager for a 281-unit Market Rate community in Sacramento, CA. You will lead on-site operations, supervise the maintenance team, and ensure exceptional resident relations while addressing daily challenges and emergencies with flexibility.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential property management experience at a large property, strong financial and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi.

• 3+ years' experience as a residential property manager with a large Market Rate property (225 Units +).
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making.
• Strong financial and business expertise, high level presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership abilities that include integrity, self-awareness, respect, compassion, active listening skills and ability to show gratitude and collaborate effectively.
• Advanced computer knowledge with: MS Office and Yardi.
• Understand and comply with state landlord-tenant/Fair Housing laws.
• Knowledge of all rental processes and marketing trends.

What You'll Do
We are currently seeking a residential Property Manager for a281 Unit Market Rate apartment community in Sacramento, Ca. As a seasoned professional, we know you do much more than sitting behind a desk directing others: you lead by example, roll your sleeves up and walk the property with your maintenance team, build healthy and long-lasting relationships with your residents, overcome challenges and address emergencies with flexibility and adaptability.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

The salary range for this position is $38-42 per hour (DOE). Other compensation includes but is not limited to leasing and renewal commissions and mileage reimbursement. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications.
