You will be the visible link between residents and management, addressing concerns, maintaining standards, and ensuring timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes walking the property, engaging residents, and documenting issues while coordinating with on-site teams to uphold community quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, observant, and solution-oriented in addressing issues.
• Highly organized with ability to track follow-ups and priorities.
• Comfortable walking the property and inspecting common areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible, approachable point of contact for residents.
• Proactively engage residents to identify concerns and promote a positive living experience.
• Respond promptly to complaints and service needs; assist with requests.
• Assist residents in navigating procedures and submitting service requests.
• Coordinate with management and maintenance to resolve concerns and follow up on issues.
• Maintain records of resident interactions and property observations.
