Bryten in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective and current residents, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process with a friendly, professional approach.

You will process rental applications, renewals, and documentation, coordinate with maintenance, support marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while delivering exceptional service daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or a related field preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to close leases and build rapport with prospective residents.
• Strong organization with attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office; property management software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documents accurately.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly.
• Support retention efforts through excellent customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure high property standards.
• Assist with marketing and occupancy initiatives to meet goals.
