Job description

On site – Remote IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Support team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is an on-site role that has a requirement of working at least four days a week in the office. The candidate will provide essential technical support for equipment setup and troubleshooting, contributing to an efficient work environment both in Mexico and the USA.

We will count on you to:

  1. Provide technical support for the initial setup of equipment and receive decommissioned equipment.
  2. Conduct inventories and change parts as necessary.
  3. Execute basic connectivity troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
  4. Offer technical support at the hands-on level, both by phone and remotely in Mexico and the USA.

What you need to have:

  1. Previous experience in technical support, preferably in a Service Desk environment.
  2. A degree in computer engineering or a related field.
  3. 2 years of experience in technical support.
  4. English (Advanced).
  5. Certifications in ITIL, 8 plus, or similar.

  3. Additional experience in remote technical support.
