Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Reliability Asset Engineer to strengthen the asset base on-site at a Napa winery-operations site.

You will build asset strategies, perform failure analyses, and drive improvements across a two-line, dynamic production environment with harvest-season shifts. You will collaborate with technicians, planners, and site leadership to optimize maintenance programs, manage parts availability, and maintain CMMS records with high accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of reliability or maintenance engineering in manufacturing settings.
• Proficient with RCA, FMEA, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS and maintaining asset data accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to implement structured programs in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work harvest-season 24/7 schedule and collaborate with site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset strategies including criticality rankings and lifecycle plans.
• Conduct failure analysis (RCA/FMEA) and translate findings to improvements.
• Optimize preventive/predictive maintenance to improve asset availability.
• Drive parts sourcing strategy with the Maintenance Planner for required spares.
• Maintain asset data accuracy in CMMS and ensure documentation quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide site leadership with analyses.
