You will convert operational needs into an executable recruiting plan, manage budgets, ensure law compliance, and drive start‑ups with tailored sourcing. Travel regionally is required 15–25% to support expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven high-volume recruiting with 500+ hires annually.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into recruiting strategy.
• Proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Office, and digital recruiting tools.
• Ability to travel regionally 15–25%.

Based in Tukwila, WA and working onsite, this role combines leadership of a small high-volume recruiting team with hands‑on recruiting for specialized supervisory and management positions.

This position focuses on turning operational needs and growth targets into an executable recruiting plan, while maintaining high hiring quality, strong team performance, and employment law compliance across the region.
