Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive or complex calendar scheduling, HR coordination, or a similarly fast-paced client-service environment.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and managing sensitive candidate information preferred.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scheduling for virtual and on-site interviews, including multi-interviewer calendars and debriefs.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates and interview teams; provide instructions and timely updates.
• Coordinate candidate travel and interview logistics, including itineraries, hotel, and transportation arrangements.
• Administer recruiting workflows in the ATS, including posting jobs, maintaining candidate records, feedback, and offer documents.
• Maintain recruiting trackers, reports, and metrics to support decision-making.
• Prepare interview materials and candidate packets for effective interview processes.
• Assist with recruiting events, referrals, and other Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
