Job summary

Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC (HHS) is seeking a Frontline Recruiter for our on-site team in the Delaware area. You will lead sourcing efforts to attract a diverse candidate pool and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.

You will travel to Dover and Milford, DE for in-person interviews, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, and provide leadership with market insights on salary benchmarks and recruitment analytics.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and workforce planning.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define core competencies, position requirements, and success metrics for all open roles.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews via phone, video, and in-person to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Advise leadership on market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability to remain competitive.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and learning analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies on retention and performance.
