• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define core competencies and success metrics for open roles.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews via phone, video, and in-person to assess qualification and cultural fit.
• Maintain and optimize the ATS to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
