Qualifications

• At least two years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience in quick-service, restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location settings.
• Experience recruiting restaurant managers or corporate roles.
• Proficient in sourcing passive candidates and Boolean search.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and profiles.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Review applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage candidates through interview coordination and offers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication.
• Develop recruiting pipelines for recurring and difficult roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Assist with job descriptions and recruiting strategies.
• Track recruiting activity and identify process improvements.
• Provide a professional candidate experience.
