Job summary

DNAM Brands in Beverly Hills is seeking a full-time Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for roles spanning creative, design, merchandising, production, and operations. This on-site role partners with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and manage multiple open searches in a fast-paced environment.

You will post descriptions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and ensure compliance with California laws and pay transparency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn and Boolean search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with applicant tracking systems and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of California hiring laws is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview plans for each open position.
• Write and post job descriptions on job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews, and prepare clear candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and the hiring team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system and recruiting tracker.
• Manage the offer process, including preparing offer details for leadership approval and coordinating with HR on onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time to fill, source of hire, and pipeline activity, and share regular updates with leadership.
• Support employer branding efforts, including job postings and social content.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with federal and California employment law, including pay transparency and fair chance hiring requirements.
• Assist with other HR projects as needed.
