Job summary

Promega is seeking a Distribution Services Specialist in receiving on the Madison campus. You will unload inbound shipments, verify them against documents, and log goods receipts in SAP with precision.

You’ll route deliveries, maintain clean warehouses, and operate material handling equipment safely to support production and fulfillment downstream. The role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to cover additional DS areas after training.

Responsibilities

• Receive, deliver and transfer materials between Promega warehouses.
• Maintain warehouse inventory records.
• Keep warehouses clean and orderly.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Adjust to changing department needs as directed by Supervisor.
• Comply with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements.
