Job summary

Sage is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Madison, WI to assist the Production Supervisor with initial sorting and processing of received equipment. You will be part of the Inventory Team handling four primary areas: receiving, inventory control, labeling, and staging.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with inventory and electronics, and basic computer skills. This is a full-time, day-shift position with an hourly rate of $20.00–$21.00.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated team member with integrity and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with inventory concepts and electronics handling.
• Experience with inventory, testing, shipping and demanufacturing of electronics.
• Proficiency with computers: database, email, Internet, Word and Excel.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Efficiently control and manage receipt of inventory.
• Unload trucks and assist drivers/customers with drop-off of equipment.
• Operate hand trucks safely.
• Record and track inventory using the database.
• Stage equipment in receiving and inventory areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving areas.
• Identify, label, and sort equipment for processing.
• Support, advise and assist other staff in receiving activities.
