Promega is seeking a Distribution Services Specialist in receiving on the Madison campus. You will unload inbound shipments, verify them against documents, and log goods receipts in SAP with precision.
You’ll route deliveries, maintain clean warehouses, and operate material handling equipment safely to support production and fulfillment downstream. The role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to cover additional DS areas after training.
Our Distribution Services team is the front door for every inbound shipment on Promega's Madison campus, processing 33,000–36,000 goods receipts a year. Based at Kepler, the receiving team is where that volume starts — unloading trucks, verifying materials against packing slips and purchase orders, and getting accurate SAP goods receipt entries logged so the rest of campus can rely on what's in inventory. It's a team that takes ownership of accuracy and speed, knowing that a delay at receiving ripples through production and fulfillment downstream.
As a Distribution Services Specialist in receiving, you'll be the first checkpoint for materials coming onto the Promega campus — unloading inbound shipments, verifying them against documentation, and entering goods receipts into SAP with precision. You'll route deliveries to the right locations, maintain clean and orderly warehouse space, and operate material handling equipment safely. This role suits someone dependable and detail-driven who's comfortable with a physically active pace and wants to be a dependable, on-site presence the rest of the team can count on.
To ensure timely receipt, safe and efficient recording, handling and distribution of materials throughout Promega’s Madison campus warehouses.
