Avocado Green Brands is seeking a Receiving Associate to join the Logistics Team and report to the Shipping Manager. The role involves unpacking and inspecting inbound packages, inputting data, and distributing merchandise on-site. You will help maintain accurate inventory while adhering to safety standards.

The position offers exposure to a fast-growing team with opportunities to work across departments and enhance warehouse systems proficiency, with a pay range of $17.00–$19.63 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy - team lift.
• Know basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Capable of working in a team environment, and in various departments across the facility.
• Comprehensive utilization of warehouse systems.
• Follow company safety culture and Cal OSHA regulations.
• Report incident injury and hazard to managers.
• Able to identify work hazard situations.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and inspect returned merchandise.
• Input received merchandise data into computer system.
• Process and distribute merchandise.
• Review merchandise to determine disposition.
• Adhere to Avocado's safety standards.
• Assist with other functions as needed.
