Job summary

Avocado Green Brands is looking for a Logistics Associate to join the Shipping Team. You will receive and ship packages, maintain accurate inventory, and input data into spreadsheets and ERP/WMS systems.

The role involves coordinating with carriers and handling international shipments, while contributing to a fast-growing team. The position requires strong MS Word/Excel skills, proficiency with Google Drive, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma minimum; accurate arithmetic and general math skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems (NetSuite ERP) is required.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills and proficiency with Google Drive/suites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including emails.

Responsibilities

• Receive/ship packages and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Build reports from data via ERP (NetSuite) and WMS (RF-Smart).
• Coordinate international shipping and prepare required paperwork.
• Count units and assist with cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
• Move products on the floor with a pallet jack or similar equipment.
• Provide paperwork for 3PL operations and coordinate shipments.
