• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide clear financial insights.
• Finance planning including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Experience with financial statements and reporting for management and project stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; real estate pro forma modeling is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA/CPA is an advantage.
• Knowledge of real estate development or investment analysis in residential or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present findings to cross-functional teams.
