You will lead pre-development activities, coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors, and manage budgets, schedules, and cost reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and bilingual communication, with experience navigating permitting processes with local regulatory agencies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; bilingual is a plus.
• Experience coordinating permitting with regulatory agencies and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
