Location: On-site | Miami, FL (Monday–Friday)
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base + discretionary performance bonus
Time Off: 15 PTO days (5 allocated to December corporate break)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Real Estate Analyst to support multifamily acquisitions, capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, and ongoing asset performance analysis. This role is highly analytical and execution-driven, working directly with leadership on underwriting, due diligence, and investor reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced investment environment and understands how deals are structured, capitalized, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisitions & Underwriting
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for multifamily acquisitions and developments
- Underwrite investment opportunities, including stabilized and value-add assets
- Analyze IRRs, equity multiples, development yields, and sensitivity scenarios
- Model capital stacks, debt structures, equity waterfalls, and promote structures
CapEx & Asset Management Support
- Evaluate and model renovation budgets and CapEx programs
- Track asset performance against underwriting assumptions
- Assist in business plan execution and return optimization
- Conduct market research across Miami-Dade and Broward County
- Analyze rent comps, absorption trends, and supply pipelines
- Support legal review, third-party reports, and closing processes
- Assist with capital call analysis and fund-level reporting
- Prepare financial summaries for investor presentations
- Coordinate with Investor Relations on performance updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 2–4+ years of experience in real estate private equity, acquisitions, or investment analysis
- Advanced Excel modeling skills (cash flow modeling, waterfalls, sensitivities)
- Strong understanding of fund structures, capital stacks, IRR hurdles, and promote mechanisms
- Experience with Argus, CoStar, RealPage, or Yardi preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills
