Qualifications

• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and financial statement prep.

• Knowledge of AIA billing formats and construction draw processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies and oversee firm-wide financial health across divisions.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecast, and cash-flow planning for projects.
• Oversee accounting operations, GL, and job costing across entities.
• Manage construction and property management accounting workflows and payments.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize fiscal performance and growth.
